📦 Shipping & Taxes
Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Custom or hand-colored units may require additional processing time; we will contact you if delays occur.
Order Accuracy
• Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping details at checkout.
• Address changes must be requested before the order ships.
Taxes & Duties
• Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.
• International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required for delivery.
Tracking Updates
• Tracking information is sent via email once the order has shipped.
• Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
U.S. Shipping
Delivery Timeline
• Standard shipping typically arrives 3–7 business days after processing.
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout based on location.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, ShenStylz Hair Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unreceived packages.
Delivery concerns must be addressed directly with the carrier.
Signature Confirmation Option
• Signature required delivery can be requested in the order notes at checkout.
• Additional carrier fees may apply based on destination.
Failed Deliveries
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, reshipment fees will apply.
• Store credit (minus original shipping cost) can be issued if reshipment is declined.
🌍 International Shipping
Global Delivery
We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
• International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Customs & Import Fees
• Customs duties, VAT, and other import costs are not included in your order total.
• These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Considerations
• Tracking updates may pause while the package is within customs processing.
• Delivery issues must be coordinated with the carrier and/or local customs office.

Please note: Processing time and shipping time are separate and begin once your order is confirmed.

Return & Refund Policy
At ShenStylz Hair Co., we take pride in delivering premium, high-quality beauty products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the guidelines below to begin a return request.
Wigs, Hair Extensions & Bulk Hair
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for eligible wigs and hair extensions. To receive a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
1️⃣ Contact Us First
Email info@shenstylzhairco.com with your order number and reason for return to receive authorization before shipping items back.
2️⃣ Condition Requirements
Items must remain unused, unaltered, and in original condition, including:
• Lace uncut
• Hair unwashed and unstyled
• No dyeing, bleaching, chemical processing, or installation attempts
ShenStylz Hair Co. is not responsible for items damaged due to improper care or over-processing.
3️⃣ Bulk Hair (Non-Weft) Policy
Bulk hair may only be returned if completely unopened and still secured with the original packaging band.
Items that do not meet these requirements will be marked final sale and returned to the customer or disposed of with no refund issued.
4️⃣ Return Instructions
If approved, return details and a prepaid shipping label will be provided. Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund if the return is not due to a product issue.
5️⃣ Refund Processing
Once returned items pass inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow standard processing times depending on your bank or payment provider.
🚨 Requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for return.
Eyelashes – Final Sale
Due to hygienic standards, all eyelash products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Branded Merchandise (Print-On-Demand Items)
Branded merch items (such as apparel, totes, mugs, etc.) are custom-made per order and are not eligible for return or exchange due to sizing or preference changes.
However, if your item arrives:
• Misprinted
• Damaged
• Clearly defective
Please email us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue. Once confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
